Jared Fink
Jason Weaver is an eleven year litigator and trial lawyer, whose primary experience has been protecting the rights of individuals.
Jason has extensive experience litigating in the areas of foreclosure defense, real estate litigation, lease-purchase disputes, real estate contract and deposit disputes, land sales, and landlord-tenant law. He is an avid consumer advocate, and a member of the Florida Bar's Real Property and Business Law Sections. Jason is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and provides responsible, practical bankruptcy advice to clients.
Jason is trained in the most cutting edge foreclosure defense legal trends and mortgage fraud defenses, and is an aggressive defender of homeowner's (and consumer's) rights. Mr. Weaver is a member of numerous statewide foreclosure defense networking groups, keeping him attuned to the current foreclosure legal trends throughout the state.
A South Florida Native, Jason completed his undergraduate work at Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Weaver graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University law school, where he also served on the law review and was an Order of the Coif recipient for excellence in trial advocacy. We are proud to work with one of the most accomplished and experienced professionals in the loan modification community, Jared Fink.
Jared has extensive experience working with the nation's largest lenders, including Countrywide, Wachovia. During the real estate "boom" years, Jared specialized in the prequalification and closing of loans, and in the process, attained an in-depth knowledge of the interior workings of large lenders, their qualification procedures, and their underwriting guidelines.
Jared also has experience in equities, investments, mutual funds, and financial planning.
Jared now brings this in-depth knowledge to the homeowner's side, assisting homeowners in attaining loan modifications, and providing them advice and guidance with the assistance of our Attorneys, with "real life" financial decisions.
Mr. Fink is experienced and knowledgeable in all current governmental modification and refinance programs, and is able to provide guidance on program guidelines, as well as the bank's own "unwritten" modification rules, which only those with his experience can bring to the table.
